We are seeking two dedicated and capable individuals to join our Cooma branch: a Branch Manager to lead and work alongside the team in day to day operations, and a Storeperson to ensure the efficient running of our warehouse and customer service functions. Both roles are critical to maintaining our high service standards and ensuring tools, equipment and consumables reach our customers on time and in top condition.
Branch Manager
This role offers genuine ownership of the branch and the opportunity to work hands-on as well as lead. You will be directly involved in order fulfilment, stock handling, and customer service, while also managing resources, ensuring compliance, and driving operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily branch operations while actively participating in warehouse and customer service tasks
- Coordinating resources to meet supply requirements and deadlines
- Managing inventory control, orders and supplier relationships
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

Storeperson
The Storeperson will provide exceptional customer service and ensure that tools, equipment and consumables are issued and maintained to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, safe work practices, and a strong focus on keeping the warehouse organised and efficient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and checking incoming goods
- Packing and processing outgoing goods
- Safely operating materials handling equipment and ensuring items are ready for use
- Maintaining accurate labelling, stock control and store presentation
- Assisting with stocktakes and reporting shortages or issues
