We’re looking for a detail oriented and technically minded Internal Sales Associate to support our B2B clients and project teams with quoting, order processing, and sales support. This is not a retail or call centre role, our clients are businesses in the industrial and infrastructure sectors, and you’ll be handling product enquiries, sourcing solutions, and ensuring smooth transactions.
A strong understanding of industrial tools and consumables will be highly beneficial in this role. You’ll be responsible for processing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from our sales team, determining the required items, and preparing accurate and competitive quotes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process RFQs by identifying required tools and consumables for client projects
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and product sourcing for new and ongoing projects
- Follow up on quotes to drive sales and ensure client needs are met
- Provide technical product support to clients and project teams
- Coordinate and expedite urgent requests with operations and procurement teams
- Maintain accurate records of open client requests, assigned responsibilities, and resolution timelines
- Communicate delivery dates and order updates to customers
- Support Client Relations Managers and Project Managers with sales and account management tasks
